This hip measurement is low on your hips but not quiet the widest part. It would be where your low natural bikini line sits. (see illustration below for measurement 4.)
When ordering Cheekier or Cheeky bottoms, only measurement 4. is needed.
When ordering fuller coverage bottoms, measurements 4. and 5 are needed.
