Returns and Exchanges
Upon receiving your HoniHoni bikini please try it on while wearing your undergarments.
Due to the nature of our products there will be no returns, refunds or order cancellations for any reason.
However, if you feel that your bikini does not fit properly you may send it back for store coupon credit. Which you then may re-order in the size needed.
Exchanges for store coupon credit will only be accepted if the item meets the following criteria:
- Item is in new condition and is not damaged.
- Original tags and hygienic liner is still in place.
- Item is unwashed and unworn.
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your bikini to make an exchange. The bikini must arrive back to us within 2 weeks of the date that you received your order. No exchanges may be made after the 2 weeks. It is your responsibility to ship it to us early enough that it arrives before the 2 week mark.
